This complex will be built on 713 Yangji-ri, Yangji-myeon, with 13 buildings ranging from three basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, and will offer a total of 997 units with exclusive areas of 84 and 123 square meters. Together with the previously supplied "Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville Descent" (1,164 units), it will form a brand town with a total of 2,161 units. In particular, as the first mid- to large-sized apartment complex in Yangji District, it is drawing significant attention from both end-users and investors.

Of note is its accessibility to SK Hynix's Yongin Semiconductor Cluster, which is located within a 10-minute drive. The move-in period for "Cluster Yongin Gyeongnam Honorsville" is expected to coincide with the occupancy of the first phase of the cluster's fab (FAB), which began construction in February. As a result, there is expected to be strong demand from those seeking proximity between their workplace and residence.

The transportation environment is also excellent. With the opening of the Seoul-Sejong Expressway, travel to Seoul can be completed in about 30 minutes. Major road networks such as the Yeongdong Expressway Yangji IC, the Second Capital Region Ring Expressway, and Jungbu-daero (National Route 42) are nearby, making commuting, education, and leisure travel convenient.

An official from SM Group's construction division stated, "Yongin is showing growth potential similar to that of the second Godeok and Dongtan new towns, centered around the expansion of the semiconductor industry and transportation infrastructure," adding, "We expect continued development to attract new demand in the future."
