On July 11, Seoul Energy Corporation held the "Seoul Energy Corporation 2035 Future Vision Presentation (Our Work Becomes Tomorrow)" with the participation of all executives and employees, officially announcing its new vision and the 2035 Innovation Management Strategy.

The corporation has been working to establish a new vision and mid- to long-term strategies to proactively respond to rapidly changing external environments such as carbon neutrality and energy transition, and to lead the future energy market.
At the presentation, the company declared its new vision: "A clean and warm energy-specialized public corporation leading Seoul's energy transition." It also provided an opportunity to share management strategies for achieving sustainable growth by 2035 with all employees.
The initiatives announced at the event comprise a total of six projects: expanding the heat supply base in the southwestern and northeastern regions, transitioning to AI-based smart plants, leading next-generation heat energy supply models, establishing digital heat transmission infrastructure, expanding new solar power business sectors, and building a zero-energy platform.
Breaking away from the traditional reporting format, the presentation featured employees in charge of each project freely sharing their stories, focusing on questions such as "Why am I pursuing this project?" and "What positive changes can this project bring to the organization and citizens?" The event aimed to foster a sense of ownership among employees regarding the company's future and to build consensus around the vision and strategies by encouraging active participation and sharing.
Through this event, the corporation aimed to spread the awareness that "the future of the organization is my own future," to enhance understanding and consensus among employees about the company’s core future businesses, and to promote communication within the organization. The presentation was conducted both in person, with about 120 attendees, and online via a live YouTube broadcast.
Hwang Boyeon, President of Seoul Energy Corporation, emphasized, "The future of the corporation is completed through the passion and participation of each and every employee. Let us all become agents of change and work together to achieve the corporation’s sustainable growth and realize citizen-centered energy values."
