A man in his 50s was apprehended by police after dancing and singing naked in the middle of downtown Wonju, Gangwon Province.
The Wonju Police Station announced on the 11th that they have booked Mr. A, a man in his 50s, on charges of public indecency and are currently investigating him.
Mr. A is accused of singing and dancing for several minutes while exposing his private parts at the intersection near the Medical Center in Gaeun-dong, Wonju, at around 10:50 a.m. on this day. As multiple citizens called the police emergency number 112, officers were dispatched immediately, but by the time they arrived at the scene, Mr. A was already clothed.
Mr. A reportedly told police that he acted out of stress. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident involving Mr. A.
