Opened at Uijeongbu Central Comprehensive Financial Center
Second branch to open at Yeonsu Central Branch in Incheon later this month
KB Kookmin Bank announced on July 11 that it has opened the first branch of its 'Small Business One-Stop Consulting Center,' a comprehensive support space tailored for small business owners.
The first branch is jointly operated with the Northern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, utilizing the business space of the KB Kookmin Bank Uijeongbu Central Comprehensive Financial Center. Small business owners who visit this location can receive support such as management consulting, policy finance programs, and educational programs. The opening ceremony, held the previous day, was attended by Seo Youngik, Deputy President of Institutional Banking Group; Park Seonghyo, President of the Small Enterprise and Market Service; and Lee Chunghwan, President of the National Merchants Association.
The second branch is scheduled to open later this month at the KB Kookmin Bank Yeonsu Central Branch in Incheon. This location will also serve as a SOHO consulting center, open smart workspace, educational space, and multipurpose hall.
A KB Kookmin Bank representative stated, "We plan to continue expanding to key locations nationwide," and added, "We will continue our efforts for mutual growth with small business owners and actively fulfill our corporate social responsibilities."
Meanwhile, in the first half of this year, KB Kookmin Bank contributed KRW 66.7 billion to regional credit guarantee foundations to help ease funding difficulties and support the growth of small business owners and self-employed individuals. Based on this contribution, the bank is providing loans totaling KRW 1 trillion.
