With the sales launch scheduled for next month, the project is attracting significant local attention.

First 'Forena' Arrives in Ulsan: Hanwha to Supply 816-Unit Mega Complex in Mugeo-dong Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo Bird's-eye View. Hanwha Construction Division.

This complex consists of a total of 816 units in eight buildings, with three basement levels and 25 floors above ground. The apartments are mainly medium to large-sized units, ranging from 84 to 166 square meters of exclusive area. The 84-square-meter unit, commonly referred to as the "national standard size," accounts for 72% of the total. The 84-square-meter units are divided into types A, B, and C, with 275, 151, and 165 units, respectively. There are 67 units of 99 square meters, 156 units of 109 square meters, and 2 units of 166 square meters (Type P).

Mugeo-dong, where the complex is located, is drawing attention as the central axis of a branded residential town, together with nearby planned developments such as Samho Reconstruction and Mugeo Samho District. The complex offers a "triple living zone" connecting Mugeo-dong, Sinjeong-dong, and Ok-dong. Major infrastructure such as Ulsan Grand Park, Hyundai Department Store, Homeplus, and Ulsan District Court can be accessed within a 10-minute drive. The area is also known for its excellent educational environment, with more than 10 schools, including Samho Elementary School, Okhyeon Elementary School, and Seonggwang Girls' High School, located nearby.

The location features are also notable. To the north of the complex is the Taehwa River, and to the south is Samho Mountain, offering a natural environment with both a river and a mountain. Taehwa River National Garden and Samho Park are also nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment.

The complex also offers good transportation accessibility. Major road networks such as the Southern Ring Road and Munsu-ro allow for quick access to Ok-dong and Sinjeong-dong. In addition, transportation conditions are expected to further improve with the future opening of Ulsan Tram Lines 1 and 4, as well as the planned Ulsan-Yangsan-Busan Metropolitan Railway.

In terms of design, the apartments are primarily oriented to the south, and ample parking has been secured with 1.6 spaces per household. Approximately 3,600 square meters of premium community facilities will be provided, including a sky lounge, guest house, and laundry cafe. Residential convenience has also been enhanced with features such as the Blue Air System and private storage rooms for each household.

Kwon Kiyeong, Head of Sales at Hanwha Construction Division, stated, "With few new apartment supplies in southern Ulsan, this project is unique in that it carries both the symbolic significance and rarity of the former Hanwha Chemical company housing site. We plan to establish it as a residential landmark representing Ulsan."

'Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo' is scheduled for sales launch next month. Move-in is planned for the second half of 2028. The promotional center is located in Sinjeong-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan.
