Awarded "Platinum Call Center" for Ten Consecutive Years

On July 11, NH NongHyup Life Insurance announced that it has been selected as an "Excellent Call Center" for the tenth consecutive year in the call center category of the Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI), organized by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), earning the "Platinum Call Center" certification.
To commemorate this achievement, NH NongHyup Life Insurance held a KSQI Platinum Call Center certification ceremony at its customer center in Jung-gu, Seoul, the previous day. During the event, plaques and certificates were awarded, and outstanding counselors were also recognized.
CEO Byunghee Park and Vice President Dogon Lim participated in a one-day counselor experience, joining counselors in responding to customers and directly experiencing the real-time service delivery process on site.
Byunghee Park, CEO of NH NongHyup Life Insurance, stated, "By personally experiencing customer consultations, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' perspectives," and added, "We will use the voice of our customers as a compass for management to provide better products and services."
