Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation Certified as Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company

The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has been certified as an 'Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The foundation operates a variety of flexible work arrangements, including a fully autonomous commuting system, smart work centers, and reduced working hour programs for employees with childcare responsibilities.

In particular, the '0.5&0.75 Job' reduced working hour system, which is a key initiative of the eighth Gyeonggi-do administration, is gaining attention as a systematic model. It provides a customized work environment for employees who need to adjust their working hours due to reasons such as childcare or caregiving, and includes both salary protection and substitute workforce support.

Additionally, the foundation is building a practical, participatory labor-management culture through initiatives such as operating a consultative body between the CEO and the labor union, and forming a task force for institutional improvement.

Yoon Deokryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, stated, "This certification is the result of the entire organization's efforts to bring about real changes in the daily lives of our employees," adding, "We will continue to create an environment where employees can work happily and fulfill our responsibilities as a public institution in charge of employment policies."

Last year, the foundation received the highest score among 25 public institutions under Gyeonggi-do in an internal customer satisfaction survey.
