This special lecture was part of the 2025 integrity initiative, 'Wanju Integrity School,' which provides customized integrity education by field and target group, and was organized to raise employees' awareness of integrity.

Hong Seonghee, head of Unju-myeon and a registered instructor at the Integrity Training Institute of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, drew particular attention as the lecturer. As an integrity expert with over 30 years of public service experience, Hong delivered a highly practical lecture based on real cases that public officials may encounter in their work, earning a positive response from the participants.

Lee Jeonghee, head of audit, said, "Through this special integrity lecture, staff members had a meaningful opportunity to reflect on their roles and responsibilities and to strengthen their commitment to practicing integrity," adding, "I hope the heightened sense of integrity will contribute to establishing a sound and transparent organizational culture."

Meanwhile, the county is taking the lead in fostering a culture of integrity by continuously and diversely promoting integrity initiatives such as legislating the Integrity Charter, designating and operating an Integrity Pledge Day, conducting online integrity quizzes, and running an integrity mileage system.
