Up to 67 Stories in 6 Buildings
A Total of 2,070 Units
Lotte Construction announced on July 10 that applications for Le El River Park Centum in Jaesong-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, will begin on July 21. Special supply applications will be accepted on July 21, first-priority applications on July 22, and second-priority applications on July 23. Winners will be announced on July 29. The contract signing for successful applicants will take place from August 11 to August 13.
Le El River Park Centum is the first complex in Busan to feature Lotte Construction's high-end residential brand, Le El. It is the sixth such project, following locations in Cheongdam, Banpo, and Daechi in Seoul.
The complex will consist of six buildings ranging from six basement levels to a maximum of 67 floors above ground, with a total of 2,070 units. The number of units available by type is as follows: 120 units of 84㎡, 162 units of 104㎡A, 240 units of 104㎡B, 120 units of 104㎡C, 42 units of 104㎡D, 488 units of 125㎡A, 43 units of 125㎡B, 43 units of 125㎡C, 122 units of 125㎡D, 684 units of 154㎡, and 6 units of 244㎡.
The location is within the Centum City living area of Busan, a region densely populated with commercial and business facilities such as Shinsegae Department Store Centum City, BEXCO, and Centum Sky Biz. When the Mandeok-Centum Urban Expressway opens in 2026, vehicle accessibility is expected to improve.
Within the complex, a premium community facility called "Salon de Le El," covering about 10,000 square meters (3,300 pyeong), will be established. Amenities will include a river-view aqua pool, an indoor infinity pool, a therapy spa, a fitness club, and a golf club. Additional facilities such as a breakfast lounge, book cafe, guest rooms, pet cafe, and party room will also be available. These community facilities will be accessible immediately upon move-in. For the first two years after moving in, there will be no operating or management fees, as the developer will cover the initial costs.

The exterior design features a curtain wall (where the building facade is finished with glass or similar materials) and a media facade (where the building exterior is used as a screen to display video content), giving the complex a luxurious appearance. The media facade will project lights and videos onto the building's exterior, creating a nighttime landscape. The "Canal Street" within the complex will be operated as an open space for performances and events.
A Lotte Construction representative stated, "As the first Le El project in Busan, this complex reflects the demand for high-end residences in the region," adding, "We have prepared for it to become a landmark apartment in Busan."
The model home will be located near Haewon Elementary School in Marine City, U-dong, Haeundae, and will open on July 11.
