The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on July 9 that it is recruiting companies (and trainees) to participate in the second half of the year for its "Workplace Adaptation Support Project," a program aimed at creating companies where young people want to work.
The Workplace Adaptation Support Project is open to priority support companies and small and medium-sized enterprises in the Gwangju area. Any manager or newly hired young employee aged 15 to 39 who has been with the company for less than three years is eligible to participate in the training. Applications will be accepted via the Gwangju Employers Federation's email until July 18. The training will continue through October.
The main training content includes strengthening managers' leadership and organizational management, improving new employees' organizational adaptation skills, enhancing communication skills, and healing programs. Companies are free to select the courses they wish to offer.
Yang Jinseok, Chairman of the Gwangju Employers Federation, stated, "The Workplace Adaptation Support Project in the first half of the year received a great response," adding, "This project is designed to foster a youth-friendly workplace culture and support the stable adaptation of young new employees. We look forward to active participation from local companies in the second half of the year as well."
