On July 9, Shinsegae Department Store announced the launch of a special gold bar that embodies the symbolism and heritage of Shinsegae. The Shinsegae Gold Bar features exterior designs of "The Reserve" at the main branch of Shinsegae Department Store, the first department store in Korea, and "The Heritage," which opened in April, capturing the heritage and cultural value of Korea's retail history. The gold bar is made of 24K four-nine (99.99%) pure gold and is available in three weights: 100g, 200g, and 500g. Prices are determined daily according to international gold market rates. Customers can purchase the gold bars at concierge desks in major stores, including the main branch and Centum City.
