Joint Event by National Policy Planning Committee and Ulsan City on July 15
Directly Listening to and Resolving Ulsan Citizens' Suggestions and Complaints
Ulsan City will hold the "On-site Communication Bus for Everyone" event on July 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Citizens' Hall on the first floor of the City Council building. The event aims to address citizens' inconveniences and listen directly to various civil complaints.
This event is organized by the National Policy Planning Committee in cooperation with Ulsan City. It is an "on-site communication" initiative that visits citizens who have difficulty participating online, collects complaints and suggestions directly at the venue, and offers solutions.
A total of eight people, including Park Kyuseop, Director of External Cooperation at the National Policy Planning Committee, and professional investigators from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, will participate on-site. They will receive and consult on citizens' suggestions and complaints for the new government.
Any Ulsan citizen can participate in the event. Citizens can receive consultations by visiting the venue and registering on the day of the event.
The submitted suggestions and complaints will be reviewed for feasibility and may be reflected in national policy tasks or addressed through consultations with relevant agencies to find solutions.
An Ulsan City official stated, "We hope that this communication bus, jointly operated by the government and Ulsan City, will bring to light the inconveniences and suggestions that citizens have not been able to express, and lead to tangible improvements. We expect that many citizens will participate and that this will be an opportunity to resolve outstanding issues."
