Incross, a digital advertising company affiliated with SK Square, announced on July 8 that it has officially launched its AI-based content marketing platform, Stellaize. After its private opening in April this year, the company spent about three months refining the platform's features based on feedback from actual users. The most significant improvement is the substantial enhancement of convenience in the collaboration process between brands and creators.
Stellaize is a PPL platform designed to allow advertisers to handle every step of content marketing campaigns?from planning and execution to performance measurement?in one place. Advertisers can conduct the entire process in a one-stop manner, including creator discovery, AI matching, collaborative communication, content monitoring and automatic report generation, and contract management.
In this official version, the AI matching algorithm has been further advanced. Previously, matches were mainly based on creators' categories or profile information. Now, Incross has improved the system to recommend creators who are more suitable for brands by leveraging its own collected data on content history and performance. This allows advertisers to find creators who align with their desired direction and tone more quickly and accurately.
A real-time communication feature between advertisers and creators has also been introduced. Most practical tasks, such as campaign proposals, negotiating terms, and contracts, can now be handled directly within the platform, enabling faster and more efficient collaboration than before. Additionally, a new function allows both MCNs and individual creators to register and manage their channel information themselves, so advertisers can select creators based on the most up-to-date information.
After a campaign ends, advertisers can evaluate their satisfaction with the collaboration. This data is reflected in the creator's profile information. This feature is expected to have a positive impact on building a trust-based content marketing ecosystem, as it provides a reference for other advertisers when searching for creators.
Following this official launch, Incross is preparing to expand beyond the domestic market and grow into a global content marketing platform. In response to increasing overseas demand for content marketing, the company is strengthening its global creator network. In the future, it plans to add commerce integration features to create a structure that connects content directly to purchases.
Incross CEO Son Yoonjung said, "Stellaize is a platform that helps brands execute creator content-based campaigns quickly and efficiently," adding, "During the pilot operation period, advertisers who repeatedly conducted content marketing expressed very high satisfaction with the automatic report feature and the quick feedback."
She continued, "In particular, we received feedback that administrative burdens have been reduced and performance management has become easier," and added, "Based on this feedback, we will continue to build a new content marketing environment that both advertisers and creators can trust and use on an ongoing basis."
