The National Pukyong University Career Plus Center (Director Kim Cheolsoo) organized the program at Hwangnyongwon in Gyeongju during this period, with 40 students participating in special lectures and mentoring sessions.

National Pukyong University launched this program in response to the strong preference among job-seeking students for programs that allow them to interact directly with alumni currently working in the field.

Five National Pukyong University alumni, who are working at major corporations in the semiconductor, automotive, and defense industries and are members of the Pukyong Career Mentor Group, participated as mentors in this program.

Participating students completed a series of sessions, starting with a motivational lecture for job preparation, followed by career and employment goal setting, job search planning, target company analysis and job search strategy development, as well as job-specific lectures and group mentoring with current employee alumni.

The mentoring program, in which alumni introduced their companies and roles, shared job-seeking know-how, and provided tailored solutions, received particularly positive feedback.

The National Pukyong University Career Plus Center operates as a University Career Plus Center Project institution under the Ministry of Employment and Labor, offering a variety of programs to support the career development and employment of university students and local youth.
