Lee passed both the written and practical exams for the first 2025 Landscape Industry Engineer national certification, which were administered by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea from February to May, thereby earning the nationally accredited 'Landscape Industry Engineer' certification.

This exam is known for its high level of difficulty, with only 6 out of 161 candidates nationwide passing this time.

Younghwa Lee, who balances both work and studies as an adult learner, was the most active participant in the '2024-2025 Academic Year Learning Support Program' operated by the college's Teaching and Learning Support Center.

She voluntarily took part in a variety of learning support programs, including learning counseling, Learning Stay, We're Tutoring, Mission Together!, the Lecture Essay Contest, the Learning Know-how Contest, and the KIT Experience Essay Contest, achieving multiple awards.

Lee Sungwook, Director of Academic Affairs, said, "Younghwa Lee is an outstanding example of achieving certification in a short period and a symbolic figure who demonstrates the potential of adult learners," adding, "We will continue to advance our learning support programs and provide tailored support so that not only students of traditional school age but also adult learners can fully realize their potential."
