"Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere" Begins First-Priority Subscription Today

- First-Priority Subscription on the 8th, Second-Priority on the 9th... Winners Announced on the 15th

"Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere" Begins First-Priority Subscription Today

Kolon Global is conducting the first-priority subscription for "Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere," a new residential complex being introduced in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, today.


The first-priority subscription is open to residents of Daejeon, Sejong, and Chungnam who are at least 19 years old, have been members of a subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the required deposit amounts by region and area. Both heads of households and household members, as well as those who already own a home, are eligible. The resale restriction period is six months from the announcement of the winners. There are no restrictions on re-winning or obligations for actual residence.


Given the steady stream of visitors to the model home, which opened on July 4, significant interest is also expected for the first-priority subscription.


In fact, despite the hot weather, a diverse range of visitors, from newlyweds to middle-aged and older adults, visited the model home. The consultation areas, where visitors could view the units and receive information, were crowded, demonstrating the project's high popularity.


In particular, the project has further enhanced the premium product design of the "Haneulchae" brand, which has achieved consecutive business successes in Daejeon, resulting in a high level of satisfaction among genuine homebuyers.


Key features include specialized facilities such as a sky lounge, movie salon, and personal spa, along with a variety of community amenities including a fitness center, sauna, GX room, golf practice range, indoor gymnasium, and guest house.


Additionally, the complex has signed separate business agreements with Jjaekkakseom X Mogwai and Jongno M School, introducing a wide range of care and education-focused content to provide a one-stop care and education solution. This is the first time such a service is being offered in Daejeon. Approximately 200 pyeong of space within the complex's commercial facilities will be used to provide "All Family Life Care" services.


Furthermore, all units feature a high ceiling height of 2.4 meters to enhance the sense of openness, and floor noise insulation materials have been applied to minimize inconvenience from inter-floor noise. Depending on the unit type, the project offers a four-bay flat layout and three-sided balcony design, as well as dress rooms, entrance and kitchen pantries to maximize storage and space utilization.


Moreover, the complex is highly anticipated due to its excellent residential environment, including proximity to elementary schools and Daejeon Station, as well as the formation of a high-rise residential town and expected premium from surrounding development projects.


The project is located at the forefront of a high-rise branded residential town of over 4,700 units being developed in the Seonhwa-dong area, securing landmark status. Together with the previously supplied "Daejeon Haneulchae Sky& 1·2" (a total of 1,873 units), a "Haneulchae" brand town of 2,871 units is being formed, which is expected to further enhance the premium effect.


Nearby, the Daejeon Urban Convergence Special Zone project is underway, developing a 1.34 million square meter site in the Seonhwa district, Jungang-ro area, and Daejeon Station area. The Daejeon Station Complex 2-1 District development project around the East Plaza of Daejeon Station is also set to begin construction within the year, which is expected to bring additional benefits.


Meanwhile, "Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere" is a high-rise apartment complex being built in Seonhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon, with five basement floors and up to 49 above-ground floors, offering exclusive areas of 84 to 119 square meters and a total of 998 units. Of these, 657 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters will be supplied in the first round of sales. The unit breakdown is as follows: 223 units of 84㎡A, 217 units of 84㎡B, and 217 units of 84㎡C.


Following the first-priority subscription, the second-priority subscription will be held on July 9 (Wednesday), and the winners will be announced on July 15 (Tuesday). The official contract period will take place over three days, from July 28 (Monday) to July 30 (Wednesday).


The model home for Daejeon Haneulchae Luciere is located in Doan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and move-in is scheduled for July 2029.
