Ourhome Opens Premium Food Hall "Food Empire" at Incheon Airport

Ourhome announced on July 8 that it has opened its premium food hall, "Food Empire," at Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport.

Food Empire is Ourhome's flagship concession brand, where customers can enjoy high-quality menus from around the world, prepared by professional chefs, all in one place. With the brand concept of "Embarking on a Journey to Discover the Taste of Joy," it was designed to cater to customers seeking not only diverse food cultures but also classic and expertly crafted meals. Food Empire is located on the 4th floor of the general area in Terminal 1 of Incheon International Airport and has a total of 172 seats.

The food hall features three brands: Namsan Wang Donkatsu, Hanokjip Kimchi Jjim, and Cha'R. Namsan Wang Donkatsu is an in-house brand operated directly by Ourhome, specializing in Korean "newtro" handmade pork cutlets that reinterpret the original recipes from Namsan Donkatsu Street using 100% Korean pork raised without antibiotics. Hanokjip Kimchi Jjim is a kimchi stew specialty restaurant that offers deep flavors by using kimchi aged for over 180 days and tender pork. Cha'R is a fusion Chinese restaurant that reinterprets American-style Chinese cuisine to suit Korean tastes.

The store's design is based on the concept of "Unlimjigyeong," which means a landscape where clouds and forests harmonize, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The interior features white, green, and wood tones to enhance the sense of openness, allowing customers to enjoy their meals in a calm and lyrical setting.

In addition to Food Empire, Ourhome operates a variety of brands such as "Culinary Square by Ourhome," "Tasty Ground," "Byulmi Bunsik," "Sonsuheon," and "Hansik Sodamgil," offering new culinary experiences to airport visitors. Ourhome plans to further expand its airport concession business by opening "Food Empire EAST," a premium food hall on the east side of Terminal 1 at Incheon Airport, as well as "Cheongunmiga," a casual Korean dining restaurant. The company will continue to broaden its offerings with differentiated menus and services.
