This program is part of the "Future Education Innovation Support Project," which is jointly promoted by South Gyeongsang Province, the Provincial Office of Education, and Changwon City. It will take place from July to December at a total of eight schools in Changwon, including five middle schools and three high schools.

The main programs consist of lecture-style mentoring sessions for all students, small-group intensive mentoring, and on-site job experience field trips. The focus is on supporting students not only to receive career information, but also to experience it firsthand and concretely design a future that suits them.

The mentors will include university professors, researchers, and current public officials, forming a pool of professionals. Customized mentor-mentee matching will be conducted according to students' desired careers and areas of interest. In particular, this program features real-world job site experiences, allowing students to directly feel the practical and vivid realities of various professions.

Choi Jeonggyu, Director of Lifelong Education, stated, "Through this mentoring program, we hope students will gain the ability to experience career paths firsthand and develop the capacity to design their own futures." He added, "We will continue to expand Changwon-style future education, created in collaboration with the local community and schools, to actively foster an environment where young people can take the initiative in pursuing their dreams."
