'RE100' is a campaign that aims to source 100% of the electricity used by companies from renewable energy, such as wind and solar power, by 2050.

This pilot project, selected through the public contest, involves installing a 120 kW solar power generation facility on the rooftops of four buildings within the apartment complex. This facility will produce 160 MWh of electricity annually, which will be supplied to common areas such as elevators and corridor lighting.

The city expects this project to reduce annual electricity costs by approximately 28 million won. The total project cost is 149 million won, with Gyeonggi Province and Pyeongtaek City providing up to 80% of the funding, and the project is scheduled for completion within the year.
