Lotte Tour Wins 16th Grand Prize
"We Will Create Services That Prioritize Customer Safety and Comfort"

Lotte Tour Development announced on July 7 that CEO and President Baek Hyun received the CEO Award at the '2025 Korea Service Awards' held at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul on July 4.

The Korea Service Awards, organized by the Korea Standards Association (KSA), is the most prestigious award in the service sector, recognizing companies and business leaders who have demonstrated customer-centered service quality management. Among these, the CEO Award is one of the honors given to leaders whose leadership and achievements have contributed to the development of the service industry, based on a comprehensive evaluation.


Baek was recognized for his achievements in successfully operating the premium brand 'HIGH&' (High&), thereby expanding the horizons of premium travel. Since 2001, he has led the popularization of overseas travel through charter flight operations, and since 2010, he has pioneered the country's first cruise charter business, laying the foundation for the domestic cruise industry and contributing to the revitalization of local economies. These accomplishments were highly regarded.


In addition, Lotte Tour Development demonstrated its industry-leading customer service capabilities by winning the Grand Prize in the travel service category for the 16th time this year, starting with its first award in 2003.


Since its establishment in 1971, Lotte Tour Development has been operating the industry's first customer satisfaction team, which currently reports directly to the CEO. The company also conducts real-time mobile customer satisfaction surveys for all customers using its travel products, ensuring that customer feedback is actively considered. Furthermore, Lotte Tour Development has been continuously engaged in various social contribution initiatives, such as providing cultural and welfare benefits to firefighters and national merit recipients.


Baek stated, "No matter how excellent a travel product is, it cannot be considered truly premium unless the customer is satisfied," and added, "Having received both the Grand Prize and the CEO Award, I will continue to strive to provide 'service beyond packages' that prioritizes customer safety and comfort."
