Ceragem announced on July 7 that it ranked first for the third consecutive year in the healthcare manufacturing sector in the '2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)' survey, organized by the Korea Productivity Center.
The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) is a customer satisfaction measurement model jointly developed by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan in the United States. Since its initial survey and announcement in 1998, it has been regarded as the most authoritative customer satisfaction indicator in Korea. Based on evaluations by consumers who have actually experienced the products and services, the NCSI quantifies corporate customer satisfaction levels and serves as an objective benchmark for assessing quality competitiveness across industries.
Ceragem achieved the top ranking for three consecutive years, from 2023 to this year, due to high customer satisfaction in terms of massage effectiveness and product completeness. In particular, the company's ongoing improvements to product quality, focusing on the core massage effect and technological completeness, were positively evaluated.
The flagship product, 'Master V9', features a three-dimensional rotating massage that extends from the neck to the pelvis, providing a powerful massage experience along the entire spine. The Master V9 has received certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for a total of six medical device benefits and effects: assistance in treating herniated discs, assistance in treating degenerative spinal stenosis, relief of muscle pain, improvement of blood circulation, assistance in treating menstrual pain, and prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
