This project is part of a series of urban landscape improvement initiatives being carried out in preparation for the Year of Visiting Yangsan in 2026. Aluminum sculptures measuring 65 meters in width and 2.4 to 3.2 meters in height, along with nighttime lighting, have been installed. The project is significant as it enhances one of the city’s main entry landscapes and establishes a foundation for the full-scale revitalization of urban tourism.

The three-dimensional sculptures, arranged in colonnades, create beautiful curves with their shadows, symbolically representing the quiet yet powerful transformation and progress of Yangsan City. The nighttime lighting highlights the three-dimensional features of the sculptures even after dark, emphasizing the beauty of the city at night. This is expected to greatly contribute not only to the safety and convenience of residents but also to the enhancement of the city’s image.

An official from Yangsan City stated, "Through this landscape improvement project, Yangsan City has been transformed into a more vibrant and modern urban space," adding, "With the upcoming Year of Visiting Yangsan in 2026, we expect to present a beautiful and sophisticated city image not only to citizens but also to visitors."
