He highlighted the following as major achievements: the successful hosting of the 2022 Gyeryong World Military Culture Expo and the 2024 International Defense Industry Exhibition (KADEX); the completion of the Youth Byeolmaru Center and the Living Resource Recovery Center; and the selection of the city as an excellent region in the Regional Safety Index.

Regarding the implementation of projects in the second half of the year, Mayor Lee emphasized, "To minimize administrative gaps caused by personnel changes, thorough handovers must be conducted, and planned projects should be seamlessly translated into achievements through interdepartmental cooperation."

In particular, concerning the response to the heat wave, he instructed, "Make every effort to protect vulnerable groups, operate cooling shelters, and ensure the safety of field workers."

He also ordered, "Conduct a thorough investigation into the causes of recent fatalities at small construction sites, establish effective measures to prevent recurrence, and review the overall safety management system."

Through this meeting, Gyeryong City plans to further strengthen the management of municipal affairs for the second half of the year and accelerate efforts to realize citizen-centered administration.
