Starting next week, a total of 8,845 units will be offered for sale across 16 apartment complexes nationwide, including 'Daegu Beomeo 2nd IPARK' in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
According to Real Estate R114 on July 5, a total of 8,845 units (6,089 for general sale) will be supplied across 16 complexes nationwide in the second week of July. This is an increase of 2,370 units compared to the previous week's supply of 6,475 units.
In Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, which is often referred to as the Daechi-dong of Daegu, sales will begin at Daegu Beomeo 2nd IPARK. HDC Hyundai Development Company is offering Daegu Beomeo 2nd IPARK through the reconstruction of Woobang Beomeo Town 2nd. The complex consists of seven buildings with three basement levels and up to 20 above-ground floors, totaling 490 units. Of these, 92 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters will be available for general sale. As a post-sale apartment, move-in is scheduled for November 2025.
Residents will have access to Suseong-gu Civil Stadium Station on Daegu Subway Line 3 and Beomeo Station on Line 2, with the opening of Line 4 (EXCO Line) also planned. Nearby schools include Dongsan Elementary School, Daegu Science High School, and Daegu Girls' High School, and the Suseong-gu private education district is also close. Beomeo Park and Daegu Children's Grand Park are located near the complex, and essential amenities such as Suseong National Sports Center, Hwanggeum Market, and Suseong District Office are also within close proximity.
In addition, sales will be held at 'Otier Foret' in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; 'Rivercent Prugio Weave' in Yeongdeungpo-dong 5-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and 'Opus Hangang Switzen' in Gochon-eup, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do.
