Tmon to Accelerate Organizational Transformation
On July 4, Tmon announced that it has appointed Junhyung An, CEO of Oasis Market, as its new CEO.

CEO An is a certified public accountant who graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Yonsei University. In 2018, he joined both Oasis and GeoSoft, serving concurrently as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for both companies. In 2022, he became the CEO of Oasis Market and has since led its growth. He is recognized as a financial expert who secured large-scale investments for Oasis and GeoSoft and strengthened their financial soundness.
Additionally, with court approval, Tmon has appointed Youngjun Kim, founder and chairman of Oasis, and Changhoon Kang, head of the Information Technology (IT) division at GeoSoft, as inside directors of Tmon.
Director Kim is the founder of Oasis and an expert in IT design and logistics. He has applied his extensive software and hardware PLC design expertise to distribution logistics. He is also currently serving as CEO of GeoSoft, the parent company of Oasis.
Director Kang is an IT expert who currently heads the IT division at GeoSoft. He is expected to contribute to the innovation of Tmon's IT processes.
A Tmon representative stated, "With the appointment of the new management team, we plan to apply the trust-based management strategy of our parent company, Oasis Market, to Tmon," adding, "We aim to completely transform Tmon through fundamental organizational improvements."
