Korea Exchange Holds Workshop for KOSDAQ Listed Companies' Disclosure Officers

The Korea Exchange announced on the 4th that it had jointly held the '2025 KOSDAQ Listed Companies Disclosure Officers Workshop' with the KOSDAQ Association.

This event was organized to strengthen the disclosure work capabilities of disclosure officers at KOSDAQ-listed companies and to listen to the challenges they face in practical disclosure tasks. Targeting 236 listed companies, the workshop provided education on improvements to disclosure and listing management systems and support measures for corporate value enhancement (Korea Exchange), major legal issues (KOSDAQ Association), and the internal accounting management system (Samjong KPMG).

In his opening remarks, Lee Chungyeon, Deputy General Manager of the KOSDAQ Market Headquarters, stated, "As disclosure plays a core role in the capital market, disclosure officers?who stand at the center of this process?must approach their work with a sense of mission and responsibility. The Korea Exchange will continue to spare no effort to provide various forms of support and assistance to ensure smooth corporate disclosure by listed companies."

Meanwhile, the 2025 KOSDAQ Listed Companies Disclosure Officers Workshop is scheduled to be held once more in the second half of the year (in September), accepting applications from listed companies, with the event planned for October 24.
