Toyota Korea Opens 'Customer Experience Enhancement' Test Drive Center in Dongtan

This new complex hub adds a test drive program to the Toyota Dongtan Service Center, which opened in March last year. Located near the Osan IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway, it has further enhanced accessibility and convenience for customers in the southern Gyeonggi region, including Osan, Hwaseong, and Pyeongtaek.

The center features a dedicated test drive area that operates only on weekends. Anyone aged 26 or older with a valid driver's license can participate. Customers are free to choose between regular roads or expressway routes for their test drives. Sales consultants are stationed at the center to provide tailored consultation services, from vehicle explanations to purchase advice, and a customer lounge has been set up on the second floor to further enhance convenience.

Kang Daehwan, Vice President of Toyota Korea, stated, "The Dongtan Test Drive Center is a dedicated space designed for customers to deeply experience Toyota's driving feel and performance over the weekend," adding, "We will strive to provide customized services and differentiated experiences tailored to our customers' lifestyles."
