On July 3, WiseCare Co., Ltd. (CEO Yang Jinbu), an electronic payment platform company, announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for strategic business cooperation with Jeons Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Inseop), a rental asset management platform company, at the Jeons headquarters on June 30.
This agreement aims to create joint synergies in related business areas such as electronic payment and AI technology, real estate management platforms, and senior healthcare sectors operated by both companies, and to establish a foundation for cooperation to vitalize their respective businesses.
According to the agreement, WiseCare and Jeons will supply each other's products and services to enable their platforms to enter the other's market. They also agreed to jointly promote various sales and marketing activities and programs to activate these efforts. In addition, both companies plan to actively promote their joint achievements after the signing of the agreement and focus on practical market expansion and enhancing customer value.
In particular, the two companies plan to actively cooperate in areas such as integrating electronic payment functions with real estate rental and asset management systems, and developing new business package models specialized for senior healthcare services.
A WiseCare representative stated, "This partnership goes beyond simple service integration and will serve as an opportunity to lead the digital transformation of the real estate rental and asset management market," adding, "We will provide integrated solutions for customers of both companies in the future."
Both companies plan to continue strengthening their strategic partnership and leading the relevant market through new business planning and discovery, as well as alliance marketing.
