AI Interview, Cover Letter Analysis, and NCS Learning Support Provided
Dongdaemun District in Seoul is launching three types of AI-based job search solutions for local youth aged 19 to 39, aiming to enhance their competitiveness in the job market.
This artificial intelligence (AI) employment solution consists of three components: AI interview simulation, AI cover letter analysis, and NCS (National Competency Standards) learning support. The program allows job seekers to simulate the actual recruitment process in advance.
By providing practical training from the early stages of job preparation, the program helps young people objectively identify their strengths and weaknesses and prepare strategically.
As AI-based recruitment processes are increasingly adopted by companies, the district expects that this solution will provide tangible benefits to young job seekers. In addition, since the solution is offered online, users can access mock interviews and cover letter review services anytime and anywhere, reducing both the time and financial burden of job preparation.
Lee Philhyeong, Mayor of Dongdaemun District, stated, "I hope this program will help alleviate young people's anxiety about employment and serve as an opportunity to strengthen their practical skills," adding, "We will continue to expand a variety of non-face-to-face employment support services so that young people can take a more proactive approach to their job search."
Participation is limited to the first 300 applicants, and registration can be easily completed using a QR code.
