Promise to Uphold the "Three Principles for Proper Payment"
The Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership (KCCP) announced on July 3, 2025, that it had signed an "Agreement to Strengthen the Partner Company Ecosystem for Fair Growth" at the SK Magic Hwaseong Campus.
This agreement is a win-win cooperation program that companies voluntarily choose and operate to bridge the gap between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs.
With the signing of this agreement, SK Magic pledged to adhere to the "Three Principles for Proper Payment" (fair payment, timely payment, and payment through win-win settlement) and to operate a support program worth 10 billion KRW over three years for its partner SMEs.
As key elements of the agreement, SK Magic will operate commuter buses for employees of partner SMEs to enhance their welfare, provide training and support for safety management at partner companies, support safety education centers, assist with workplace risk assessments, and operate a win-win growth fund.
Kwak Jaeuk, Director of Operations at the KCCP, stated, "As the gap between large corporations and SMEs continues to widen, we appreciate SK Magic's participation in the agreement to strengthen the partner company ecosystem," adding, "We will continue to provide support to ensure that this agreement leads to tangible results on the ground."
