Full-scale Summer Season Operation Begins on July 19
Summer Content Includes EDM Performances
Phoenix Park in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province announced on July 2 that it is opening the outdoor zone of its Blue Canyon water park, officially kicking off the summer season.
Phoenix Park Blue Canyon will open the upper outdoor water zone from July 19 to August 17, and will sequentially open the lower outdoor zone from July 26 to August 17.
The upper outdoor water zone features a Family Slide, which accommodates up to four people on a tube for families, a single-person Speed Slide, a two-person Uphill Slide, a Water Play Zone, and an outdoor event spa. The lower zone will operate swimming facilities suitable for all ages, including the Wave River, Tarzan Pool, and outdoor children's pool.
From July 21 to August 24, Blue Canyon will also host its signature summer performance content, '2025 SUMMER EDM SPLASH POP.' During the event period, recreation activities to boost the atmosphere will begin daily at 2:30 p.m., followed by a 30-minute EDM stage starting at 3:00 p.m. Various prize events, including bubble shows and guerrilla events, will also take place during the performance.
