Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on July 2 that it has received the 'Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company Certification' from the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) for the second consecutive year.

The Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company Certification is a system that recognizes companies that have established cooperative and future-oriented relationships between labor and management. Companies are selected through a comprehensive evaluation that includes the leadership of labor and management representatives, the maturity of their relationship, and satisfaction levels.

SH Corporation received high marks for its efforts, including the high level of labor-management understanding demonstrated by its internally-promoted president, the continued absence of labor disputes through the operation of a joint labor-management council, the creation of consensus through the operation of two-way communication channels, and the establishment of a work environment that supports work-life balance.

In addition, the introduction of the labor director system, efforts in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management, and the creation of social value were also positively evaluated.

Sangha Hwang, President of SH Corporation, stated, "This achievement is the result of the efforts of our executives and employees to build cooperative labor-management relations," and added, "We will continue to lead labor-management culture through exemplary labor-management relations in the future."
