Hanwha Construction Division will launch 'Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo' in August in the Mugeo-dong area of Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City. This is the first private residential complex to be developed on the site of the former Hanwha Chemical employee housing, which was once highly coveted by Ulsan citizens.

The complex will consist of 8 buildings with 3 basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, totaling 816 units. Exclusive floor areas range from 84 to 166 square meters. The breakdown includes 275 units of 84㎡A, 151 units of 84㎡B, 165 units of 84㎡C, 67 units of 99㎡, 156 units of 109㎡, and 2 units of 166㎡P. Notably, 72% of all units are 84㎡, reflecting demand from actual homebuyers. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2028.

'Hanwha Forena Ulsan Mugeo' is located within the triple-lifestyle zone connecting Mugeo-dong, Sinjeong-dong, and Ok-dong, offering convenient access to transportation, schools, nature, and infrastructure. It is close to Nambu Sunhwan-ro, Samho-ro, Munsu-ro, Ulsan Expressway, and Donghae Expressway, providing excellent access to the greater metropolitan area. The complex is also expected to benefit from the future development of Ulsan Tram Lines 1 and 4, as well as the Ulsan-Busan metropolitan railway.

The area surrounding the complex features a concentration of schools such as Samho Elementary School, Okhyeon Elementary School, Samho Middle School, and Ulsan Jeil High School, as well as green spaces including Ulsan Grand Park, Taehwagang National Garden, and Samho Mountain. Residents will also enjoy convenient living conditions with nearby amenities such as Lotte Mart, NewCore Outlet, and Homeplus.

As 'Forena' is being introduced in Ulsan for the first time, Hanwha Construction has focused on differentiating the product. The buildings are primarily oriented to the south, and each unit is provided with its own storage space. The parking ratio per unit is 1.6, the highest in Ulsan. The 'Blue Air System' will be installed to manage air quality both inside and outside the units. Community facilities will include a sky lounge, a laundry cafe, and a guest house within a community space of approximately 3,600 square meters.

Kwon Kiyeong, head of sales at Hanwha Construction Division, stated, "As the supply of new apartments in southern Ulsan is decreasing, this project carries significant symbolic value as it develops the former Hanwha Chemical employee housing site, once the pride of local citizens. We aim to establish it as a new landmark for the region."
