DS Danseok Holds 2030 Vision Declaration Ceremony... Aims for KRW 3 Trillion in Sales

On July 1, global resource circulation company DS Danseok held its '2030 Vision Declaration Ceremony' at the DoubleTree Hotel in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province.

Approximately 250 executives and employees attended the event. The company presented its vision of becoming a "Global Top Tier Resource Circulation Energy Company" and set a target of achieving KRW 3 trillion in sales by 2030. DS Danseok is striving to create a cleaner world through sustainable resource circulation and energy.

DS Danseok plans to expand its value chain related to second-generation biodiesel (HVO) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and is also pursuing a recycled plastic (PCR) business. In addition, the company has established a strategy to drive a paradigm shift in future energy by providing energy storage system (ESS) solutions and entering the micro modular reactor (MMR) industry.

Chairman Han Seungwook stated, "DS Danseok will secure future growth engines through proactive investment, research and development, and flexible business strategies," adding, "We will not only expand the value chain of our existing businesses but also emerge as a leader in the resource circulation and energy industries based on business diversification that breaks down boundaries."

He also emphasized strengthening ESG management and the application of artificial intelligence (AI). Chairman Han said, "In terms of ESG management, we will establish strategies for achieving mid- to long-term RE100 and carbon neutrality, and build the foundation for their implementation. The recent application of AI technology is a key issue of our time and directly linked to corporate competitiveness, so we will expand the scope of AI application across all business operations."

DS Danseok aims to take another step toward becoming a "Global Top Tier Resource Circulation Energy Company" based on its value proposition of ▲regeneration (recycling of limited resources), ▲reduction (eco-friendly production and consumption), ▲neutrality (carbon neutrality and resource-oriented waste management), and ▲restoration (returning resources to the ecosystem after use).

The company highlighted keywords such as proactive leadership, environmental authenticity, AI integration, expertise, and value sharing as its core competencies.

Looking ahead to the next 60 years and more, the company also offered words of encouragement to its employees. Chairman Han said, "I hope that today, as we declare our 2030 vision, will be a monumental moment that brings new hope and infinite possibilities to all of you," emphasizing, "Under our new vision, as our collective aspirations unite to make the impossible possible, that is the sustainable future DS Danseok envisions."
