Operation with Professional Instructors and Field-Oriented Curriculum
Compose Coffee, a low-cost coffee franchise brand, announced on July 2 that it has completely revamped its franchisee training system and opened the industry's largest dedicated training center at its headquarters in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
Through this overhaul of its training system, Compose Coffee aims not only to provide basic support for new franchisees but also to substantially enhance the operational capabilities of franchisees as long-term brand partners. The step-by-step curriculum covers brand management philosophy, beverage practice, customer service, hygiene management, and store operation know-how, accommodating everyone from prospective entrepreneurs to franchisees preparing to operate multiple locations.
The newly established training center can accommodate up to 20 teams (a total of 40 people) per week for simultaneous training sessions, allowing participants to practice in an environment similar to an actual store. There is also a dedicated classroom for theoretical instruction. Franchisees can learn about a variety of real-life cases through guest lectures by certified tax accountants and labor consultants.
A Compose Coffee representative stated, "Franchisees are the face of the brand, and their competitiveness is directly tied to the competitiveness of headquarters," adding, "We will continue to provide ongoing training and support to ensure that every franchisee can grow into an expert in store operations."
