NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 2nd that it successfully concluded this year's 'N Kids Financial Semester' program by holding the Financial Golden Bell event at its headquarters on the 1st.
The 'N Kids Financial Semester', a flagship social contribution initiative of Nonghyup Bank, marked its fourth year this year. The program provides financial education to elementary school students who are interested in finance and economics, delivering proper financial knowledge. This year, the program was conducted at six centers?headquarters, Gangwon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Busan, and Ulsan?for four months (from March to June), targeting 125 elementary school students. Over the past four years, a total of 321 students have completed the program.
The Financial Golden Bell, the final stage of the semester program, was held in the form of a quiz based on this year’s curriculum, with participation from the fourth cohort of elementary students and the university student volunteer group N Dolphin.
A representative from Nonghyup Bank stated, "We will continue to fulfill our social responsibility as a financial institution by providing systematic financial education, including expanding digital experiential learning and offering customized financial education, so that children?the leaders of the next generation?can develop sound financial and economic values."
