On June 30 (local time), JPMorgan stated that Hanmi Semiconductor is expected to benefit as its major clients, SK Hynix and Micron, expand their investments in high-bandwidth memory (HBM).
JPMorgan raised its target price for Hanmi Semiconductor from 100,000 won to 125,000 won, noting that demand for Hanmi Semiconductor's TC bonders for HBM processes is expected to remain strong through 2026.
The company is expected to secure competitiveness by acquiring technologies ranging from fluxless to hybrid bonders. JPMorgan estimated that Hanmi Semiconductor will achieve sales of 738 billion won and operating profit of 358 billion won this year.
