BS Hanyang Begins Move-in at Hanyang Sujain Riverpine in Prime Dosim Station Area of Deokso

New Complex with 900 Units
Located Near Dosim Station,
Offering Forest Views and Excellent Access to Seoul

BS Hanyang announced that residents will begin moving into Hanyang Sujain Riverpine, located in the prime area near Dosim Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, starting July 1, 2025. This complex was supplied through the redevelopment of Dogok 2 District within the Deokso Redevelopment Promotion Zone.

The complex consists of a total of 908 units, across 12 buildings ranging from two basement levels to 22 above-ground floors. Exclusive residential areas range from 39 to 84 square meters. Dosim Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is located directly in front of the complex, and express bus stops, as well as road networks such as Misadaegyo Bridge and Deokso Sampe Interchange, are also nearby, providing excellent accessibility to Seoul. Residents can reach Jamsil in approximately 30 minutes.

The complex is situated in a forested area adjacent to a park along the Han River and offers favorable educational conditions, including proximity to Deokso High School. Major amenities such as large supermarkets and Starfield Hanam are also within a five-minute drive.

The exterior design is distinguished by features such as the first curtain wall look in the area, landscape-view windows, and a large panoramic gate. Landscaping was handled by the resort division of Samsung C&T. Resort-style water features, a children's playground with a 'Lost Valley' theme, and water play areas have also been installed.

Hanyang Sujain Riverpine is attracting attention for its location and design even within the Deokso Redevelopment Promotion Zone, which is currently under development. The zone is expected to be developed into a residential town with approximately 8,500 units in the future.
