KT Opens 'kt wiz Specialty Store' with Fan Experience Zone at Suwon Stadium

KT announced on July 1 that it has launched a 'kt wiz specialty store' in front of Suwon KT Wiz Park to expand its connection with baseball fans.

The kt wiz specialty store consists of the 'KT Store Business Zone,' where customers can receive telecommunications consultations and sign up for services, and the 'Wiz Space,' a dedicated experience area for fans. The Wiz Space features various content, including a gallery showcasing legendary moments of kt wiz players, a memorial wall commemorating retired players and the team's first championship, an exhibition zone displaying equipment actually used by players, a goods exhibition and photo zone, and a cheerful zone.

KT has installed a food and beverage (F&B) kiosk in front of the store, linked to the stadium, taking into consideration the movement flow of fans. Fans can pre-order food at the kiosk and pick it up inside the stadium. The store design incorporates kt wiz's signature colors and emblem, and is structured to resemble a dugout.

KT explained that it planned this specialty store to create a space where baseball fans can enjoy the game while experiencing the brand. Both the layout and content of the space have been designed with the movement flow and preferences of fans in mind, so that fans visiting the stadium can stop by and enjoy the store before or after the game.

For customers visiting the store, a limited-edition goods giveaway event will be held until August 31. The goods include sticker tattoos, uniform patches, acrylic keyrings, and webbing bands, and are only available at this store. The event may end early depending on operational circumstances.

Oh Sungmin, Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Channel Division at KT, said, "We have set up this collaborative specialty store near the baseball stadium to communicate more closely with fans who love kt wiz," adding, "Going forward, KT will continue to engage with customers on-site through a variety of specialty stores tailored to customer needs."
