Carrot Signs MOU with Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education to Expand Kitchen Assistant Recruitment

Carrot announced on July 1 that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education to expand the recruitment of kitchen assistants.


The signing ceremony, held on June 30 at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education in Jongno-gu, Seoul, was attended by Cho Jaeik, Director of Planning and Coordination at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, Baek Byunghan, Head of Danggeun Alba at Carrot Market, as well as representatives from both organizations.

This agreement was established as a mutual collaboration to address the shortage of kitchen assistants in school meal services and to enhance job seekers' access to employment opportunities.


The Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education will provide kitchen assistant recruitment information to Carrot, and Carrot will promote these job postings through its local job-matching service, 'Danggeun Alba.' This will help job seekers quickly find and apply for essential information such as job category, working conditions, and application periods.


In addition, the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education will actively utilize the Danggeun Alba service in the recruitment process for kitchen assistants, while Carrot will cooperate on platform operations and system support to ensure smooth hiring.


Baek Byunghan, Head of Danggeun Alba at Carrot, stated, "Going forward, based on Danggeun Alba's wide user base and high accessibility, we will continue to create meaningful connections that provide tangible benefits to both employers and job seekers across various fields."
