"Enhancing Dealership Capabilities"... KCC Holds Clenche Installation Academy

Practical Training Focus... Enhanced On-Site Response Capabilities
Headquarters and Dealerships Sign 'Quality Agreement'
"We Will Lead in Window Quality and Increase Customer Satisfaction"

On July 1, KCC announced that it recently held the 'Clenche Installation Academy' for member companies of the 'Klenze e-MAX Club,' a dealership network certified for installation of premium high-end window brand 'Klenze' products.

The e-MAX Club is a certification program in which KCC comprehensively evaluates dealerships based on strict criteria, including window processing technology, after-sales service capabilities, and equipment standards. In particular, the 'Klenze e-MAX Club' is a premium dealership network, selecting only those among e-MAX Club members who demonstrate outstanding installation capabilities for Klenze products, which require the highest level of technical expertise.

The latest Clenche Installation Academy included theoretical training on Klenze product features and specifications, live installation demonstrations and hands-on practice, as well as customer service mindset training. To strengthen the participants' practical skills, KCC organized the training in small groups and designed the program so that attendees could repeatedly practice with products of varying levels of difficulty. By enhancing the dealerships' on-site response capabilities, KCC maximized the effectiveness of practical training.

Notably, this academy was able to provide effective training thanks to KCC's investment of over 300 million KRW in expanding dedicated processing equipment for dealership training. While last year's training was conducted in a single day, this year the program was extended to two days, with a much greater emphasis on hands-on practice, thereby improving both product understanding and precise installation skills. KCC plans to conduct a total of 14 training sessions this year.

To further enhance quality competitiveness, KCC is also introducing a new 'Quality Agreement' system between headquarters and e-MAX Club member dealerships. The agreement formalizes, in writing, the headquarters' commitment to supply only high-quality materials and provide various forms of support, as well as the dealerships' pledge to use only genuine materials and adhere to installation standards. KCC expects that by strengthening dealerships' installation capabilities through the quality agreement and building consumer trust, a virtuous cycle will be established, ultimately leading to improved sales performance for dealerships.

A KCC representative stated, "This training focused not just on product explanations, but on enhancing practical skills that can be applied in real-world settings," and added, "We will continue to lead in window quality and strive to improve customer satisfaction through close collaboration with our dealerships."
