Pulmuone Nokchup announced on July 1 that it has launched a new subscription service on its exclusive online mall, further enhancing customer convenience and brand experience.

This new subscription service uses an automatic payment system. Previously, customers had to place repeated prepaid orders, but now, after a one-time initial order, automatic payments will be processed on the 25th of every month, significantly improving consumer convenience. The aim is to reduce the hassle for consumers who had to repeat orders and payments after each consumption period, and to help them establish a consistent health management routine by ensuring uninterrupted product intake.

The user interface (UI) of the subscription payment page on the exclusive mall has also been completely revamped. The subscription service page now allows customers to select their preferred delivery days for each product. In addition, categories such as 'Probiotics,' 'Vegetable Intake,' and 'Morning Beverages' have been introduced, making it easier and faster for customers to select the products they want.

The minimum order amount for the subscription is 6,000 won per week, and delivery items can be changed until 8:00 a.m. on the 25th of each month. If the subscription starts on a day other than the first of the month, the first month's payment will be calculated based on the remaining days, and the full amount will be charged from the following month. Additionally, if customers are temporarily unable to receive products, they can use the 'skip' function up to four days before the delivery date, and a partial refund will be issued for the skipped period.

Kim Mikyung, CEO of Pulmuone Nokchup, stated, "We launched this subscription service to reduce the inconvenience of repeated reorders for consumers and to help them consistently consume green juice in a more convenient way. We plan to continue expanding features that enhance consumer convenience, so that customers can more easily practice healthy eating habits tailored to their lifestyles."
