Recruiting 50 participants for offline and 200 for online courses
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on July 1 that they are recruiting participants for the "2025 Online Export Item-Specific Professional Training" program until July 14.
This training program has been organized to support the successful overseas expansion of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises in product categories that attract high global consumer interest, such as beauty and fashion.
The target participants are employees of SMEs engaged in online exports and foreign nationals residing in Korea (including international students and foreigners seeking employment at Korean SMEs). The training will be provided free of charge for all 15 sessions, from July 17 to September 4. The program will be conducted both online and offline, with offline lectures held at Easy Academy in Guro-gu, Seoul.
The training consists of three courses: an introductory course covering an overview of each product category, industry trends, and export preparation; a practical course focused on strategies and techniques required in the field of online exports; and a global sales course designed to provide practical knowledge and experience in real-world sales marketing strategies and networking.
Applications for participation can be submitted online through the GoBizKorea website operated by the Small and Medium Business Corporation. A total of 250 trainees will be selected, including 50 for the offline course and 200 for the online course.
Park Janghyuk, Executive Director of Global Growth at the Small and Medium Business Corporation, stated, "This training is a practical, systematic program designed to strengthen the real-world sales capabilities of SMEs in online exports. The Small and Medium Business Corporation will do its utmost to increase online exports by domestic SMEs through step-by-step, customized professional training programs."
