[Breaking] Sejong Mayor Minho Choi Begins Solo Protest at Government Sejong Complex

As President Lee Jaemyung has ordered the relocation of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries to Busan and the government is currently reviewing the matter, public opinion is consolidating not only among political circles in the Chungcheong region but also within civil society to call for the cancellation of the plan. In this context, Minho Choi, Mayor of Sejong City and the head of the local government where the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries is currently located, will begin a solo protest in front of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries at Building 5 of the Government Sejong Complex in Eojin-dong starting at 8 a.m. on July 2.
