Donation Delivered to the Jongno-gu Branch of the Seoul Association for the Physically Disabled
Woori Financial F&I announced on June 30 that it had donated 3 million won to the Jongno-gu branch of the Seoul Association for the Physically Disabled on June 25. The donation will be used to support sports activities and rehabilitation programs for people with disabilities.
The donation ceremony was held at the Jongno-gu branch, located near Tapgol Park in Jongno-gu. The event was attended by Kim Gunho, CEO of Woori Financial F&I, company employees, Wi Seongbong, head of the Jongno-gu branch, and association members with disabilities, further highlighting the spirit of sharing.
Woori Financial F&I made this donation as part of its efforts to strengthen ESG management. Previously, in March, the company also participated in meal service volunteering and donation activities at the Wongaksa free meal center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, consistently practicing mutual growth with the local community.
CEO Kim Gunho stated, "We organized this event to support sports and rehabilitation activities for people with disabilities," and added, "We will continue to strive to provide practical support to vulnerable groups in the local community through various social contribution activities."
Meanwhile, Woori Financial F&I recently received an A0 (Stable) rating from all three major domestic credit rating agencies: NICE Investors Service, Korea Ratings, and Korea Credit Rating, recognizing its financial stability.
