Positive Response to Goheung County's Booth Promoting Returning to Farming and Rural Life
Goheung County (Governor Gong Youngmin) announced on June 30 that it had successfully completed its promotional activities to attract returnees to farming, rural, and fishing communities at the "2025 Returning to Farming, Returning to Rural, and Returning to Fishing Rural Experience Expo," which was held over four days from the 25th to the 28th at BEXCO in Busan.
This expo, hosted and organized by the Korea Industrial Marketing Research Institute, provided opportunities for various local governments nationwide to promote and offer experiences related to returning to farming and rural life. It also introduced organic products in conjunction with the Eco-friendly and Organic Expo. Additionally, the event was held concurrently with the Busan Coffee Show and the Busan International Food Expo, offering a wide range of attractions.

During the expo, Goheung County operated a booth dedicated to returning to farming and rural life, providing information on support programs for city residents interested in relocating to rural areas. At the same time, Goheung promoted its tourism information and local specialties.
An official from the county stated, "We will continue to do our best to promote Goheung County as a destination for returnees to farming and rural life through expos and outreach information sessions for prospective returnees."
