Yangpyeong County Governor Jin Jeon Promotes Public-Academic Cooperation Agreement with Asin University

Yangpyeong County Governor Jin Jeon announced on the 30th that he had signed a business agreement for public-academic cooperation with Asin University on the 27th and would begin actively promoting mutual cooperation for the development of the local economy and education.

This agreement was established so that both institutions could build an organic system of cooperation and jointly work in various fields for regional development. In particular, the cooperation plans include the exchange of human and material resources and information, collaboration in education, culture, tourism, health, and welfare, as well as the establishment of networks to revitalize the local economy.


Governor Jin Jeon stated, "This agreement is a good example of Yangpyeong County and Asin University combining their strengths to create a synergistic effect," adding, "We will actively support practical cooperative projects so that they lead to an improved quality of life for county residents and help realize Yangpyeong as an attractive place where people and nature are happy together."


President Hongryul Jung of Asin University said, "As a university that breathes together with the local community, we hope that this agreement will provide students with opportunities for experience and bring new vitality to the region," and added, "Through close cooperation with Yangpyeong County, we will nurture talent and establish a sustainable system of cooperation with the local community."


Meanwhile, following the signing of the agreement, the two parties plan to establish concrete implementation plans through working-level consultations in areas such as public relations, education, culture, tourism, health, and welfare.
