Specialized Cards Offer Up to 5% Rewards
DigiLoka Travel provides a variety of convenient services through the DigiLoka app.
Specifically, it offers special options such as: ▲ a 'Lowest Price Guarantee' that compensates the price difference if a customer finds the same product at a lower price on any public travel site accessible to anyone within 24 hours after booking a flight ticket or hotel; ▲ 'Price Prediction' and 'Price Alert' features that analyze flight price data to guide users on the optimal booking time; and ▲ a 'No-Questions-Asked Cancellation' option, which allows up to 80% refund up to three hours before departure.
Additionally, DigiLoka Travel plans to introduce: ▲ 'Price Freeze', which allows users to lock in flight ticket prices for up to 21 days; and ▲ a 'Delay and Cancellation Support Service' that helps customers find alternative flights in the event of delays or cancellations.
Lotte Card has also introduced two specialized cards: 'DigiLoka Travel Premium' and 'DigiLoka Travel', which allow users to earn up to 5% of their card spending as 'Travel Miles' that can be used like cash on DigiLoka Travel.
DigiLoka Travel Premium offers a basic earning rate of 1.2% in Travel Miles for domestic spending and 1.5% for overseas spending. As a special benefit, users earn 3% in Travel Miles for flight bookings and 5% for hotel and rental car bookings made through DigiLoka Travel. In addition, if annual spending reaches at least 24 million won (6 million won for the first year), users receive 70,000 miles. Customers who spent at least 300,000 won in the previous month can also enjoy access to airport lounges in Korea and overseas (once per month, up to three times per year).
DigiLoka Travel offers a basic earning rate of 1% for domestic spending and 1.2% for overseas spending. As a special benefit, users earn 2% in Travel Miles for flight bookings and 3% for hotel and rental car bookings made through DigiLoka Travel. If annual spending reaches at least 12 million won (3 million won for the first year), users receive 15,000 miles.
Travel Miles are exclusive points that can be used at a rate of 1 mile per 1 won when booking travel products through DigiLoka Travel. Both basic and special earnings are provided without any spending requirements. The earning limit is unlimited for basic earnings, while special earnings are capped at 200,000 miles per month for the premium card and 100,000 miles per month for the regular card. The annual fee is 100,000 won for the premium card and 20,000 won for the regular card.
