This job fair was organized with the aim of revitalizing the local employment market and addressing job-seeking difficulties. Approximately 900 job seekers attended the event, demonstrating strong interest.

A total of 20 outstanding local companies participated in the job fair, including Binggrae Co., Ltd. and Gyeonggi Daewon Express Branch. On-site interviews were conducted, with 410 job seekers taking part, and 56 of them were hired on the spot. The actual number of hires is expected to increase further when including additional candidates scheduled for recruitment and those advancing to second-round interviews.

In addition to the recruitment booths, related organizations such as the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, the Small Enterprise and Market Service, the Employment Welfare Plus Center, and the Gwangju City Senior Club participated to provide a variety of employment support services.

In particular, side events such as free resume photo shoots, employment tarot consultations, and aptitude tests received an enthusiastic response from job seekers.

The fair also featured a "Company SOS Net" promotional booth to address corporate difficulties, as well as the "Gwangju e-Market" promotional hall introducing outstanding products from Gwangju City, thereby supporting companies and invigorating the local economy at the same time.

Mayor Bang Sehyun, who visited the site, stated, "This job fair is a much-needed event for both job seekers and companies amid challenging economic conditions, and I expect it to yield meaningful results." He added, "We will continue to do our best to create jobs and reduce unemployment by facilitating tailored employment connections between local companies and job seekers, and to realize a citizen-centered, self-reliant economic city."
