Kiwoom Securities Recruiting for the "16th Customer Panel"

Kiwoom Securities announced on June 30 that it is recruiting participants for the "16th Customer Panel" until July 6, in an effort to actively engage with financial consumers.

Since 2017, Kiwoom Securities has been recruiting customer panels as part of its commitment to customer-centric management, listening to customer feedback on improving financial products and services, as well as financial consumer protection. Since last year, the company has expanded the recruitment of customer panels from twice a year to four times a year to gather a wider range of customer voices.


Any Kiwoom Securities customer is eligible to apply for the 16th Customer Panel, and the application period runs until July 6. Customers selected as panel members can freely submit their opinions regarding Kiwoom Securities' financial products, financial consumer protection, and financial services via the dedicated customer panel email between July 7 and July 13.


Customers who are selected as panel members and submit their feedback will receive a small gift. Among them, those who provide outstanding feedback will be given separate awards through a review process.


Ha Seungseon, Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO) of Kiwoom Securities, stated, "Thanks to the feedback from our customer panels, we have been able to improve not only our financial products and services but also the systems for financial consumer protection," adding, "We plan to continue listening actively to the opinions of our customer panels, so we ask for your interest and participation in the recruitment of the 16th Customer Panel."
